Secret Crackdown Campaign Prepared in China against Independent Church Leaders and Freedom Defenders

Midland, Texas- CAA has learned that an important secret directive issued by the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Committee of the CPC has been communicated to all the law enforcement agents including the court, PSB and prosecution agencies within China. Reliable Sources within the high level Chinese Government security sectors informed CAA recently that an unprecedented nation-wide campaign is being designed to crackdown on four specific “unstable social elements” within China. 
They are: illegal Christian House Church leaders, petitioners, human rights defenders and political dissidents. The campaign will begin in October. The source, who is sympathetic to the four groups, has communicated the directive’s ongoing preparation effort to CAA. The campaign is designed to be launched in concurrence with the Government’s campaign of “China’s 20 more years of political and social stability”. On June 16, Mr. Zhou Yongkang, the head of the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Committee of the CPC who is also the former leaders of China’s KGB and MPS, one of the 9 members of the Standing Committee of the CPC’s Politburo, made an unprecedented chilling speech. It was published in an internal CPC magazine, “Qiu Shi” recently. In the speech, he called for “extraordinary measures to be taken against” those unstable elements in order to protect the CPC’s continuous ruling and economic reform.

In other news, CAA has also learned that the Beijing Municipal State Security Bureau has released a “citizen informant initiative”, whereby ordinary citizens are required to report individuals and organizations who are deemed a threat to national security by using different means including media and religion. According to the initiative these individuals include those who “Engage in activities that endanger state security by utilizing religions.”

“This directive is a direct contradiction and violation to the Chinese own Constitution and very troubling to hear while the Olympic Games are still taking place in Beijing, ” said Rev. Bob Fu. “The four groups on the clampdown list are not the threat to China’s society and to target these vulnerable social groups who deeply care about freedom and rights raises serious doubts about China’s pledge for a harmonious society.”

    My Chinese is Chuguo Gao, my English name is Tommy, I was born in an active Christian family, at the moment, I was put in the Uk in the Removal Center because of claiming asylum, so I request your urgent assistant if possible. Thank you.
    I was a stdent in the Uk since 26 JUNE 2007, later I applied my parents to travel here, then they claimed asylum, June 2008, the Home Office granted them, because my father had been arrested sixth time for the religion problem, we are in the Lord’s Recovery Church, the Chinese Government did not allow us, they callec us as”shouter” and “cult”, and my father was one of the leader in the city, so he had been arrested and put in the prision sixth time between 1983 to 2005. last year, they came here claimed asylum and showed the provements to the Uk Home Office, then they granted them.
    But the problem was, the China Police had found out we came to the Uk, and my parents had been granted by the government, so they paid attend to us and survied the local offical twice, then asked the stuff if we go back should tell them at once, so I found the problem was serious. At the Augst 2008, I claimed asylum as well.
    When i told all the ture story to the Home Office, but they did not believe me, and thought the persion like me could not be arrest by the Chinese government, because i was not a leader of the church, and i am not interested by them. therefor they refused me and put me in the Removal center.
    I would like to tell you my family is not like the other family, because my parents would not leave China, but now they caould do that, so the government is afraid us to say some bad things in the religion problem, so they are very hate us.
    My story is totally ture, so i believe i will be arrested by the government if i am sent back, i fear the removal.
    I do not konw how to do now, because i could not get an report which shows the person likes would be arrested by the China Government.

    I pray that the Lord Gives you strength to endure the hardship. We as lazy Americans don’t realize how easy and comforable we have it made. Just some words of encourgement Your blessing come from above and not for earth for your rewards are great to you and your family. Comforts you in the time of need. Greater is he that lives in you then he who lives in the world. You are above and not benenth. You are the head and not the tail. They prosecute you for my name’s sake. The love and the passion you and your family have will reach out and save lives of thousands. Do not let the fire grow cold by your circumstances. The enemy snares down at and saids how dare you and just remind him of where he is going. God fines what he starts. In Gods name we pray amen
