China Open Cases-Beijing House Church Leader and Businessman Shi Weihan Waiting for Trial

Brother Shi WeihanBeijing House Church leader and businessman’s case was transferred back again to Haidian District People’s Procuratorate on August 21, 2008. Since his arrest on March 19, Shi’s case had extended twice for further investigation by the PSB of Beijing. His first trial is expected to happen within this month.

China Open Cases are ongoing cases of persecution amongst house church members. Updates will frequently be posted concerning the cases’ legal status as well as the condition of the victims’ health and well-being.
