CAA has learned that all of the 40 house church leaders who were detained in Henan province in early November of this year, have now been released. Among those detained was prominent
House Church leader- Liu Huiwen, who was unjustly sentenced to 18 months in prison for distributing flyers.

After serving 15 days detention the pastors are now in the process of seeking appeals. In court, the Henan PSB director continues to defend his actions as litigation continues. China Aid is currently helping with legal aid for the accused House
Church leaders.
