BASIC FACTS REGRADING BROTHER PENG MING CASE

Mr. Peng, Ming (Date of Birth: October 11th, 1956), a United Nations (UN) Refugee Resident from California, USA, and Founder of Non-Surpass Strategy (i.e, “The Elephant Strategy”); and Chief Strategist and Administrator of Modern China Development Strategic Studies Research Institute; that is, he is a value-added initiator from the Father of Modern China, a man of Christian Faith — Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s Three Principles of the People (or “San Min Zhu”) è has been a peaceful advocate of freedom, democracy and Human Rights for the current People’s Republic of China (PRC), until May 2004 when Mr. Peng was lured into Myanmar, while on an US-approved travel to Thailand to visit his elderly parents.  He has been arbitrarily detained against his will for about 40 months to-date, in a heavily guarded prison cell in the: Han Yang Prison No. 16 Prison District, Cai Dian District, Wu Han City, Hu Bei Province 430101, People’s Republic of China; Cell: 13114359288.  An arbitrary and seemingly vindictive Life Sentence judgment against the prisoner of conscience, Mr. Peng, was passed by Chinese Officials on October 2005. This action had already violated No. 19 and No. 20 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the United Nations. The United Nations Working Group for Arbitrary Detention had recommended in their Text Opinion No.43/2005 (Ref.G/SO 218/2), as adopted on November 29th, 2005 (Ref. EXHIBIT “A”) that:
The deprivation of liberty of Mr. Peng, Ming is arbitrary, as being in contravention of articles 19 & 20 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, & falls within Category II of the applicable categories to the consideration of the cases submitted to the Working Group.
Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of Mr. Peng Ming, & bring it in conformity with the principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The Working Group reiterates its recommendations to the Government of the People’s Republic of China to consider the ratification of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
With the latest URGENT APPEAL MEMO as of June 2007 to China Officials) from the UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL: WORKING GROUP FOR ARBITRARY DETENTION, it is hoped that this unique case of arbitrary detaining an Official UN Refugee Status of Mr. Peng, be released unconditionally by China back to Mr. Peng’s current country of allocated permanent residence as an UN Refugee status, and would-be US Permanent Alien Resident in the USA, based on EMERGENCY Medical Parole and on just fundamental Humanitarian ground.
BASIS FOR “URGENT ACTION” REQUEST
                        Brother-in-Christ Ming Peng, a pale-faced bloated, with bloated open-skin wounds extremities on both hands/arms, as well as his one-inch thick swollen/bloated on his entire two legs and feet — essentially a medically-dying prisoner of conscience at the mercy of the Chinese People’s Government, is currently still being arbitrarily detained for about 40 months to-date, in a heavily guarded prison cell in the: Han Yang Prison No. 16 Prison District, Cai Dian District, Wu Han City, Hu Bei Province 430101, People’s Republic of China; Cell: 13114359288.  He has been arbitrarily detained; mis-trialed with a life sentence; tortured in an inhumane manner (such as no sleep for more than 24 hours with tight wrists-cuffs for over one month, in order to forcibly admit on all the three charges stipulated to Mr. Peng by the Chinese authorities; mal-nourished (or no food without any forced confession); deprived of any basic to medical surgery for remedy on his current chronically critical kidney stones  with progressive and painful growth and severe symptoms of other medical and physical ailments to his heart, back problems, seriously-infected & bloody urinary tracts, and bloated red skin and infection on all his physical extremities.
                        Pre-Existing Medical Health Kidney Stones Condition of Brother Ming Peng before & during his arbitrary detention: In In 1984, Ming Peng was diagnosed by doctors to have contracted kidney stones, with “no result on any typical initial treatment procedures.” He was immediately transferred to Wuhan City’s most prestigious No. 161 Military Hospital, and his kidney stones were removed via emergency surgery. However, his kidney stones again recrudesced twice in 1992 and 1994; and they were immediately removed via ultrasonic procedure to blast down the kidney stones in Beijing’s most prestigious No. 309 Military Hospital.  Then for the 4th time, his kidney stones recrudesced again in the year 2000, and were removed ultrasonically in a Thailand hospital. In 2001, when Brother Ming Peng became a UN Refugee & a UN Resident Refugee to California, USA, his kidney stones did not flare up at all. It was after he was arbitrarily kidnapped from Myanmar on May 22nd, 2004; & was secretly transported & arbitrarily detained in Detention No.2 Center in Wuhan City, where the stressful torturous environment had culminated his 5th recrudesce of kidney stones occurrence again. To date, for about 3.5 years, Brother Ming Peng did not receive any emergency ultrasonic and/or surgery medical treatment to treat his chronic kidney stones condition, which has now resulted in drastic “Hydronephrosis” with kidneys failure syndrome, which in turn had also caused high blood pressure and hepatic failure.
                        Pre-Existing Medical Health Heart Disease Condition of Brother Ming Peng before & during his arbitrary detention:  In October 1995, Brother Ming Peng had a massive acute myocardial infarction (AMI) heart attack. He was transferred to Beijing FuWai Hospital for Emergency Rescue Surgery. However, his supernatural recovery from this AMI heart attack, which was then pronounced by doctors as an immediate terminal case, indeed striked a miraculous hustle bustle by Chinese authorities to further investigate this miraculous recovery on this unique heart condition for further studies. In April 2005, while Brother Ming Peng was still in arbitrary detention in No.2 Detention Center of Wuhan City, he had another myocardial infraction heart attack. He was not given any treatment at that time, but again, God’s mighty divine and supernatural healings hands were on Brother Ming Peng again; and his “resurrected” miraculous recovery stumped the prison wardens and Chinese authorities once again on the second miracle of a Living God in Brother Peng.
                        Brother Ming Peng has been in arbitrary detention for about 3.5 years now.  He’ll be fifty-one (51) years old on 10/11/2007, and is in extremely inhumane poor health and has been suffering the chronic kidney stones (now has propagated into several painful “kidney rocks”) for more than 3+ years now. In 2004 and 2005, tumor growths had developed in his back, kidneys, neck, chest, and abdomen.  Miraculously, in God’s Grace and Divine Supernatural Mercy with Global Church Supporters Intercessory Prayers and Mr. Peng’s fervent prayers and faith to His Lord Jesus Christ as his Personal Savior, he was spiritually healed of the tumors, to the surprise of the prison doctors, and the prison wards. Recently, it was noted that Mr. Peng’s frail condition is worsening at a very deteriorating critical stage. Because of deprivation to Critical Surgeon Specialist Medical help, Brother Peng’s Global Church Supporters & family members outside of People’s Republic of China, had requested to no avail, that Mr. Peng be treated at a better-equipped hospital recommended by the official United Nations for Refugees, and ultimately be released unconditionally back to the United States as an official Resident Refugee Status according to Worldwide UN protocols, in order to receive immediate humanitarian and medical remedy in his current critical state.
                        Brother Ming Peng’s Christian Life as a New-Born Baptized Christian as of 7/18/2002 in the USA has been with special Favored Grace from the onset of him being the LORD’s Chosen One. Brother Peng had 3 Divine Visitations and a series of divine dreams and visions from the LORD, with miraculous divine supernatural healing of a second near-fatal AMI heart attack, & tumors growths, during his current arbitrary detention in China (see attached Confidential Memoirs); and divine inspirations in writing and completing 3 Divinity books. He is much forgiving of all the Chinese officials who had mis-treated and arbitrarily detained him, and is indeed a resurrected new man in the living Spirit of the LORD — Mr. Ming Peng is already DEAD in all of his old non-violent ways of a Dissident for New Democracy in China. Brother Ming  Peng is now a godly, inner-filled peaceful man with a New Mission to serve Youths at risk, orphans, and/or kids with special abilities, as part of his Gospel Outreach to the needy.  We do not know what “plans” the Chinese authorities have had  for Brother Peng, after China had received an URGENT ESCALATED APPEAL from the United Nations Working Group for Arbitration in June 2007.  Yet, we could only  pray more fervently and have more global intercessory prayers on Brother Peng & China; and beseech all global church supporters and/or the right Mediator officials with the Chinese officials to simply release unconditionally Brother Ming Peng on medical parole and unconditionally on basic humanitarian grounds, in order to uphold the Goodwill of Righteousness and Good Sportsmanship, as an ongoing integrity and truth among all Olympics players, even in the political “face-saving” arena.  As Global Church Supporters, we can definitely guarantee that Brother Ming was already DEAD in his current life sentence imprisonment in China, and he would not revert to any of his old political views of free expression to and/or against China. Mr. Ming Peng has served his “life imprisonment” in his old physical innocence. In fact, we have to congratulate China for letting Brother Ming Peng be a resurrected new-born Godly man, who wishes nothing more to be a living humble servant to serve the needy children of the world, when he re-unites back with his family in the USA, and able to see his ailing parents in Sweden. Regardless, Brother Ming Peng is still an official UN Refugee with transitional Permanent Resident Refugee status in California, USA.  Please Take Action and Pray for Divine Wisdom & Negotiation protocols with China, the UN, the USA, and Brother Ming Peng now.  May the LORD oversee the will of the Righteous cause for all humanity in this particular case of spiritual divinity and for the Living Truth & Peace on Earth.
