Beijing Shouwang Church Announcement on Outdoor Worship Service on December 30, 2012

[image2.png]Dear brothers and sisters:

Peace in the Lord! On this past Sunday, we held the fifty-third outdoor worship service of this year. It was a sunny but cold day. As far as we know, at least fifteen believers were taken away from locations near the platform or from home. Some of them were released soon after they were taken away, and the rest of them were detained at Zhongguancun Street police station. They all got released around noon on Sunday.

By God’s grace, we have gone through this past year while holding outdoor service. We give thanks to God for His protection, and we also give thanks for each believer who have committed to the church, persevering through this past year together with the church, and for each believer who newly got baptized and joined the church in the past year. As we look back, we want to praise the Lord from the bottom of our hearts: “You crown the year with your bounty, and your carts overflow with abundance.” (Psalm 65:11) May peace, joy, and health be with you in this New Year! May the Lord strengthen us to follow Him! And may our church continue to experience God’s grace and victory!

May peace and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the mercy and love of Father God, and the console and guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Advocate, be with each brother and sister of Shouwang Church and all the churches who remember Shouwang Church in prayers, from this time on and forevermore! Wish you peace and joy on Christmas! Amen!
