(Changshan – June 8, 2012) ChinaAid’s Bob Fu talked with Mr. Li Fu, Mrs. Cao Ruyi’s husband, this morning.
Li said that at 3 pm Beijing time yesterday his wife was transferred back to the same hospital to receive medical treatment for her sickness, after she was sent by the officials to a hotel for a short time, because of the international media expose by ChinaAid and other media, to avoid more exposure.

Up until this morning Li’s wife Cao Ruyi was still being surrounded by 7-8 guards and officials to prevent her from escaping from the hospital. The international pressure might have been helpful already, as Ms. Cao was given an extension of one more day to consider having an “abortion.”
Please continue to pray for divine intervention to save their baby. Mr. Li told Bob Fu resolutely that he and his wife “will never sign the consent form to abort our baby.”
