(Raytown, Missouri—June 18, 2019) ChinaAid President Bob Fu is scheduled to speak on Saturday, June 22nd at the Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) Advance Conference in Raytown, Missouri.
Held at Connection Point Church, the one-day event intends to give more than 1,000 registered participants insight into how Christians who have faced persecution are advancing the spread of Christianity.
Fu, who has been imprisoned in China due to evangelism, joins a lineup of speakers who are set to share firsthand testimony. Other speakers include Gracia Burnham, who endured 376 days of captivity with her husband at the hands of militant Muslims in the Philippines, Peter Jasek, who languished in a Sudanese prison for 445 days, and Todd Nettleton, a VOM Radio Host.
According to VOM, Advance Conferences are targeted towards helping people, “meet your persecuted family face to face, and let God use their stories to challenge you to a deeper, bolder walk with Him.”
Upcoming summer conference locations include Indianapolis, IN, Charlotte, NC, and Roseville, MI.
Founded in 1967, VOM is a non-profit organization dedicated to offering spiritual and practical help to Christians facing persecution across the globe, according to the website in the link above.
ChinaAid would like to send our sincere thanks to VOM for hosting the conference and for their compassion towards the globally persecuted.
