This section has received an application from the Municipal Christian Church: This church bought Zhang Yucai’s house to be used as a church building for 63,000 yuan on April 25, 2000.  Zhang Yucai is a villager from Guangming Village, Fulu Township.
It is found through investigation (archives of housing properties) that (1):  On February 26, 2003, Fulu Township Housing Administration Bureau issued Xie Tongxing’s “House Ownership Title” based on the housing property license by Fulu Township Government dated December 3, 1999.  (2): On July 10, 2006, Fulu Township Housing Administration Bureau processed the registration of the transfer and issued the “House Ownership Title” to the Christian church based on the buy-sell agreement, land use certificate, original house license (They issued Zhang Yucai’s housing property license on December 21, 1996).
Issuing two copies of house ownership titles for the same structure (one building) to two people is an error made by the staff members of Fulu Township Housing Administration Bureau.
After we sent employees to conduct on-site investigations, evidence gathering, archival reviews and comprehensive proofs, Muling Municipal Real Estate Administration Bureau has come to this following conclusion: The “House Ownership Title” coded Mu Fang Zi No. 301217 issued to Muling Christian TSPM Church on July 10, 2006 is legal and valid.  It is decided that the “House Ownership Title” coded Mu Fang Zi No. 300596 held by Xie Tongxing be canceled.  If the title holder does not dispute this decision within 15 days from the date of delivery, this section will issue a public notice announcing that the said “House Ownership Title” is no longer valid.
