Your statement of indictment in which you sue Haizhu District Bureau for Ethnic Religious Affairs of Guangzhou has been received. Reviews have shown it meets the conditions for acceptance. This court has decided to file the case for trial. We hereby notify you of the following matters:

1. In case you need to hire an agent to sue on your behalf, you need to submit to this court a power of attorney signed or stamped by the consigner once the agent is chosen. (The power of attorney must specify the items for entrustment and limit of authority.) If your party is a work unit, you should submit to this court a certificate of the identification of the legal person or the person in charge within three days;
2. The evidence provided to the court should be classified and should be with page numbers . Situations should be explained in a concise way and then be written onto the list of evidence to facilitate questioning. The submitted list of evidence should be signed and the date of submission should be indicated.
3. The number of submitted materials or pieces of evidence should be comparable to the number of all the parties involved in the case. (For example: if two people are involved in the case, then two copies of the relevant materials or pieces of evidence should be submitted; if three people are involved in the case, then three copies of the relevant materials or pieces of evidence should be submitted; and it should go on in this way.)
4. A4-sized paper should be used for writing and copying;
5. To save your precious time and to ensure the judge’s efficiency in work, please call for an appointment with the judge in charge of the case if you need to submit the materials in person or need some explanation. People who fail to appear by the appointment time will not be received after that.
