Hearing Notice of Yitong Law Firm
It is decided that a hearing will be held North Room B101, Office Area No. 1 of Haidian District People’s Government of Beijing Municipality (address: 17, Changchunqiao Road, Haidian District, Beijing) at 9:30 a.m. on March 3, 2009. The legal representative or their authorized agent is hereby requested to attend the hearing on time with the original copy of this notice. Attending the hearing not according to the regulations or failure to explain the reasons shall be regarded as forfeiture of one’s rights to the hearing. This administrative department shall make a decision on the administrative penalty according to the law. Authorized agent should submit his or her letter of authorization prior to the hearing.

Pursuant to Article 42 of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Penalty,” you may apply for withdrawal of certain people and present the reasons for the withdrawal at the Legal Section of this department prior to the hearing if you apply for the withdrawal of the presider.
