Statement from Legal Representative For the Administrative Plaintiff- Wei Hongxing

China Aid Association
CAA has learned that Legal Agent Wu Chenglian has written an administrative appeal to Hami Court for his client Wei Hongxing. In the appeal Wu states that Wei’s detention and the subsequent confiscation of Wei’s Christian material was both illegal and unconstitutinal. Wu then goes on to cite the specific constitutional laws that exonerate his client from the charges filed against him.
