Beijing Shouwang Church Announcement on Outdoor Worship Service on October 7, 2012

[image2.png]Dear brothers and sisters:

Peace in the Lord! On this past Sunday, we held the forty-first outdoor worship service of this year. It was a sunny day. As far as we know, including the sister taken to be detained at a hotel on Friday, at least seventeen believers were taken away from home or from locations near the platform. Except one or two believers were released after they were taken away from the platform, most believers were detained at three police stations, including Zhongguancun Street police station. All of them got released around 13:00pm on Sunday afternoon.

We believe that God has listened to our prayers, and that God’s Spirit has started to work among us. God comforts us, and gives us good hope. We trust that God’s is guarding and guiding his Church, and will do so till the end. As long as we continue to follow His will, “the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.” (Proverbs 4:18) May we continue to offer our prayers for Shouwang Church before God till His will be done.

May peace and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the mercy and love of Father God, and the console and guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Advocate, be with each brother and sister of Shouwang Church and all the churches who remember Shouwang Church in prayers, from this time on and forevermore! Amen.
