Police Tell Minors to Deny Their Faith in Order To be Released

CAA has also learned that 3 minors whom were released on 29th from Huocheng County, Xinjiang Province were detained again by PSB of another county — Xinyuan County, Xinjiang Province. They will serve 15 days of detention in Xinyuan house of detention.
2 of the minors detained by Xinyuan State Security were detained without notice of summons or notice of detention.  Police officials have informed their parents to send blankets for the children (20 year-old boy and 18 year-old girl) and have told the parents that their children would be released as soon as they promise to deny their faith. These two children were taken by Xinyuan state security officials on February 28th at 8pm Beijing time.
