Peng Ming was sentenced to life in prison on December 15, 2005 on suspicion of organizing and heading a terrorist organization, kidnapping and possessing counterfeit currencies.  During the lawsuit, this prisoner authorized this office, with approval from the state, to designate Attorney Chen Shangzhu as his defense counsel.  At this time, Peng Zhangming (the original person who gave the authorization to this office), one of the relatives of this prisoner, says Peng Ming suffers from serious hydropsy due to calculus of kidney, heart disease and other diseases and therefore requests that the law office where they originally authorized to undertake the case and the original attorney to apply for Peng Ming’s medical parole.  Based on the actual health condition of Peng Ming (It was already confirmed during the last lawsuit that Peng Ming was suffering from diseases), this office and the attorney originally authorized to undertake the case hereby apply for his medical parole.  The guarantor for this case is Peng Zhangming (ID No.: 420205195105086116).  Your approval is appreciated.
